ProssyI come to you today to ask you to pray very specifically for each of my girls, God's hand on their life, and our protection as a family. I know that is vague but for their sakes I must keep it that way.
I will post specifics as I feel safe doing so, but this is what I know: Prayer works, and we need yours. God ordained this family, called each one of my children by name, spoke them into being before I even existed. We rest with our Trust and Faith in Him.
"If God is for us, who can be against us?"
And we know that God IS for us.

shew! I started your blog about a week ago, but I started back in 2007 and read forward.
It's amazing how much has changed in your life since you started this.
I am a small group leader at my church and a "groupie" shared your blog. I pray that God continues to use you.
I read one of your blog entries from 2007 to our group because we are studying Crazy Love by Francis Chan and I think you read it in March (your "March" was an entry I read about an hour ago hehe)
From that book and other things that have happened this year, including this blog, God is changing my life and the lives of others in our group and redefining to us what it means to be a Christian.
Thank you for being obedient to God's calling in your life and demonstrating your walk to so many of us that have been complacent way too long.

Katie, Your family is always in my prayers, but I sent up a special prayer for each of those precious little girls. I prayed for the blood of Jesus to cover each of them, for the sheild of protection, for saftey, for comfort, and for peace. Whatever you are going through, God will carry you and those girls. Stay firm and stay strong in His name. I know you will.

My daughter spoke about your work in a talk she gave at Leadership Training for Christ and then for our church. I have part of the video up which catches part (sorry it wasn't all of it) of her talk of your work. The recording is at our church after we came back from LTC. She spoke about light overcoming the darkness.
